These self-proclaimed “masters of life” squander the money their parents stole from an entire nation, spending it on designer handbags, expensive restaurants, luxury cars, yachts, and more. In theory, this money should have been working for Kazakhstan’s economy — ensuring the well-being of all its citizens.
